The process started with an online application, followed by a request from a recruiter to complete a HireVue recorded interview. After submitting it, I waited almost a month without any updates and had to follow-up. I was then told I’d hear back soon, and eventually got scheduled for a panel interview. Unfortunately, the panel felt pretty awkward—the interviewers’ energy was dry and robotic, which made it hard to connect or feel comfortable. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and drawn out.
