Interview
First of all, the candidate needed to interview with HR first, if they were okay then would interview with the department's manager. Finally got an online Excel test to evaluate the ability of Excel utilization.

Introduce yourself in Chinese and Mandarin.
Also, they would ask you do you understand the role or job duty you gotta take.
Candidate is required to introduce himself, explain why he is fit for the job, and why he wants to change job. Candidate is asked about his brightest job duties and achievements, as well as the most challenging tasks completed. Candidate is briefed the job duties of the opening, and the challenging requirements on skills.
