I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Printfection (Denver, CO) in Mar 2022
Interview
Lengthy! They currently have a 5-6 interviews ranging between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. It took several weeks for any response after the initial application, and a minimum of 1 week after each interview to hear whether you're moving on. One interview goes through your high school and college, with in-depth questions about extra curriculars, GPA, highs and lows, etc during that time. Overall poor, slow communication throughout the process.

Interview
Barely gave me any info on the company or role. Every time I asked a question she acted like I was supposed to already know the answer prior to the interview.
I asked her if she could send me a visual example of one of these merchandising packs.. she said no then basically hung up on me.
Kind of a joke of an interview it lasted about 5 minutes. Im most likely overqualified for this job and don't really care I just think she was kind of rude and uppity as if I'm applying for some highly prestigious job.

Interview
I submitted my resume via LinkedIn, received an email asking to set up a call to discuss the position further. Had a preliminary conversation with a member of the Printfection Team to see if I was a fit. It went well, and the Director of Customer Success reached out via email to have me schedule a 60-minute video interview.
