I was called on a SUNDAY from the Founder to discuss other job opportunities since the company name was not listed in advertisement. The first phone interview I was asked for same day at the end of the day which is convenient for them because they have limited staff. The interview was with founder and marketing associate. Many questions were asked - some good, some not so good. I was pushed along to the second round which I was told was called a demo interview. Again, the interview was after business hours due to their limited staff. The scheduler got ill and I was unable to ask any questions. I assumed I was getting a glimpse into their software. After I received the glimpse from their business development representative and founder's wife, I was asked to present the software back to them as they were a client. I have never heard of such a thing ever. They did not tell me what they were looking for. I should have asked. Was it a stress test? I then asked for feedback after I got a rejection email after the demo interview. I was merely assuming they would give me feedback via email however they wanted me to drop everything again and change my schedule for 9am the very next morning so I could hear their feedback. No thank you.
