I realized the job wasn't for me, and I didn't get past the first phone interview, but the experience, however brief, was very nice. I submitted an application Wednesday, got a text Monday morning to set up a call, and I was talking to someone that afternoon (the first time I requested). The call felt very casual, he asked some questions about me and I asked some questions about the company. I'm very introverted and even I felt perfectly comfortable talking to them. They are professional recruiters, and it really shows. Also, you can expect a nice British accent.
