Proactive Technology Management interview questions

Only had the first "lets get to know you" interview and was not my greatest interview but not bad either. Was told "we'll reach out within 3 days" but that turned into never hearing back again. I understand everyone is busy these days but ghosting candidates seems very unprofessional.

Very thorough. There’s a test (non technical), an interview with admin, after that a technical interview by technicians that will ask you various questions related to IT. Next step is hearing back from the original interviewer.
