The interview process was quite surface level.
Got a message from the CEO on LinkedIn to connect. But seems like somebody is shadowing the account.
A senior level position and the first round is with HR. Surface level questions on sales without going deep dive into the process.
The problem is you donât hear anything from them. You get a message from CEO to connect directly , then a junior HR Person asks about Sales without going deep and no one comes back when they told that they will be back with next steps.
It is frustrating to see that there is no clarity on the process.
