Interview
We started with a tour around the campus. The HR person explained the company atmosphere and explained the location, culture, etc. After that I was placed in a room and spoke to 2 technical interviewers. The first asked me about my experience and technical interests. The second interviewer had me construct a simple blog in Sinatra.

Question 1
Use Sinatra to implement a simple blog that outputs user inputted data into a file.
Recruiter call. Then panel interview easy process. Was very straightforward and communicative along the entire way of the process. Super easy and recruiter was amazing emails through out the process
Typical process- recruiter reached out, had 5 interviews over zoom, and then the offer was sent. I negotiated and while they were hesitant, they ended up giving me what I wanted.

Interview
First i was called by the hr recruiter then to an online assessment then 3 interviews leadership and core values and another technical interview all of average level nothing was too much difficult
