I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Austin, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
1 screening interview with the company recruiter;
1:1 interview via Zoom with 3 managers;
1 interview onsite with hiring manager.
Recruiter and managers were professional, organized and respectful. Despite the long process, it was overall a good experience.
Along the process I realized that this is not a management position, in my opinion, this position could be better described as "Implementation/Customer service Associate" because it is for managing accounts not people, and support the customers mostly by phone.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- What are your salary expectations?
- What did you like and dislike about your previous jobs?
- What do you see yourself doing in five years?
- What experience do you have in IT or customer service or construction?
- What software have you used?
- Do you have any questions?
There were multiple panels with exercises to complete including a role specific roleplay.
It also included competency-based questions with different individuals across the business, great opportunity to meet the teams
I applied online. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (London, England) in Jul 2022
Interview
Overall it was a positive interview experience, although a little longer than I'm used to! All interviews were held online and I met lots of different and friendly people along the way (around 5 people in total, I lost count!). Outside of the interviews the process lacked a human interface, at times it felt I was going from one automatically generated interview to another with no real knowledge of what to expect in the next interview other than a quick search of the person on LinkedIn. Some interviewers asked the same question as previous interviews, in the end the role wasn't for me but would like to explore another position with the company.

Question 1
Customer success and dealing with a customer when it a positive outcome wasn't possible.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Austin, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
Felt that the HR was in a hurry and there was a lot of background noise during the call. The interview lasted 10 mins, where the HR asked me to explain my experience just to let me know that I should apply to other roles. It seemed like the entire call was forced on to the HR.
Note: kindly review the applications with the hiring manager.
