      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies

      Interview

Poor interview experience. I got a HR screening call 2 weeks after submitting my application. I was later moved on to have interview with the hiring manager. The manager was late to the call. He also did not seem interest to me. When I asked about the next step at the end of the interview, he told me I would meet another manager. A week went by and I did not hear back from HR. I tried to follow up with the recruiter twice but she never responds back to me. I got a rejection email 4 weeks after my interview with the hiring manager.

Thank you for taking the time to interview with Procore and share this feedback. I can understand why you would be frustrated, and I wish that your experience had been more positive. I will be looking into what happened here, but if you wish to speak with me further about your experience or where Procore can improve, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at employerfeedback@procore.com. Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2021

      Interview

Started with a recruiter phone call. Followed by two manager interviews and then a loop interview with a few others. The last step was an excel exercise and a PowerPoint presentation on your findings. I think one really good thing about this process was that in their loop stage they allow associates with the same or similar job levels as the one your applying for interview you. It gave me a good opportunity to ask questions and see what the day to day work would look like. The excel test and PowerPoint wasn’t too hard but was a good chance to see if you know basics and were able to present and facilitate follow up questions in your work. The team also seemed very cool to work with. A lot of growth potential and given the stage of the company your work seemed to be very value added to them. I declined when the role level that was offered was one below the one I applied for but would have accepted most likely if I was offered the original job level. I really would recommend this company and the managers to anyone seeking this position.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Interview as very conversational. Not too behavioral based or too technical. It was very easy to talk to them and talk about your current role and what your are capable of.

      Senior Financial Analyst Interview

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Procore Technologies in Dec 2020

      Interview

I applied via Linkedin and was contacted by the recruiter the following day. The phone interview was scheduled for the following week. HR was very informative on the role and the team and asked only a few questions on my background. Specifics were why Procore and why the change? Then I moved on to a 30 minute interview with the Hiring manager within 2 days, the hiring manager was really down to earth and seemed more of a conversation than an interrogation. He was completely honest about the company, the team, my candidacy and next steps. The interviews weren't STAR based which made it more of an engaging conversation. I then went on to speak to another Manager 2 business days later, that conversation went extremely well again and I was very excited about the possibilities. Unfortunately before the process was over I received another offer, so I had to withdraw but HR did everything they could to help expedite the process but the timeline to accept had a quick turnaround. I would highly recommend working for Procore and the team. The last steps before an offer would have been to speak with more of the team, do an excel exercise, and then present findings in a Powerpoint presentation.
