The interview process consisted of three parts. 1. Phone Interview with Recruiter 2. Phone Interview with Department Manager 3. In Person Interview with Members of the Hiring Department The phone screening with the recruiter was not as intensive, but the phone interview with the Department Manager did consist of a few technical questions to gage your Accounting knowledge and critical thinking skills.
