Interview
I heard this company from one of my friends. And I checked the official website and found it is quite suitable with my major. I filled the application form and got an opportunity to have an interview in a few days.

Interview
I did well enough on their tacky intelligence tests for this position and for Embedded Software Engineer, but after having the meeting for the former rescheduled 3 times (each the day of the meeting, and the meeting hasn't happened yet) and the latter the company missed just now, I emailed them to pull all my applications at their company.
On top of that, their business model doesn't really make sense. They have a bunch of miscellaneous projects that are visible to the public, and they invite almost anyone to propose one themselves. Like, who on Earth even is their clientele?!

Interview
First round: Online intelligence test ( This is like a timed aptitude test in the form of multiple choice questions. I suggest a person to practice such test before hand to get used to doing it in limited time). They sent me a link for this test. Once I completed the test , I was contacted by the HR in a few days to set up a zoom meeting for the second round.
Second Round: Introductory Interview with the Hiring Manager ( Was scheduled for about an hour but got done in 20 min)
At the end of second round, I was told that the manager would talk to his power electronics team and let me know the next day. As mentioned, I got the response the very next day.
