Easy interview process. It’s is definitely a smaller team. Only 2 CRCs. Ultimately, I declined as the compensation was a little lower than industry standard. Would be a decent position for someone looking to gain experience.

Interview
Unstructured, bizarre interview with people in and out of the office and phone calls during the interview. No questions about my experience or background. Only wanted to discuss if I was willing to sign a three year contract. No discussion or disclosure of salary or benefits until offer letter was sent. Salary was insultingly low for my profession with a three year required commitment which required a $25,000 fine to the practice if the contact was broken for any reason and a 2 year non-compete. Unwilling to negotiate at all terms of contract or salary.

Only a couple minutes long and was talked down to as well as rushed through I was very uncomfortable with the CEO and he tried to play the race card because I asked him if he knew where a city was then continued to bring that up the entire interview
