I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Propertybase
Interview
I interviewed with a recruiter and the recruiter asked questions that I felt uncomfortable answering. They asked if I lived in Boulder where the job was and how far my commute would be. This is not appropriate for an interview. The recruiter asked me to advance to the next round if I was okay with a salary (that was below market rate) I politely declined over email and the recruiter never responded. I felt that it would have been appropriate to thank a candidate for their time and wish them luck (which is what I said to the recruiter in my email) but the recruiter never responded to the email. This is unprofessional and makes me think the company is impersonal and does not value other people.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Propertybase (Dallas, TX) in May 2019
Interview
I had previously worked with Propertybase and was contacted about the position. Given work history and the fact I was remove, the process consisted of 6-8 skype interviews with various stakeholders.

Question 1
How have you worked with Stakeholders in the past to gather requirements for various projects?
Email then phone call with woman from HR who is unprofessional and was offended by a question about the merger and how long she worked there as I was basically trying to determine if she was part of the old company Boston Logic or the new recent purchase of Propertybase as it informs the candidates experience by getting post-merger feedback, but it's unprofessional for the HR person to hang up and never call back. There was also phone issues and the owners of the new company should know as I would want to know how my company is being represented to qualified professionals.
