The process included first a recruiter screening to know your fit, later a hiring manager interview for about half an hour. Further loop interview which includes business and technical round is conducted.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews, and overall it was a well-structured and smooth process. The recruiting team maintained clear and consistent communication throughout, keeping me informed at every stage. The final round was a comprehensive 2-hour session, where I had the opportunity to speak with four different team members across various roles. Each conversation was engaging and provided valuable insight into the company culture and the expectations of the role.
Overall, it was a solid and positive experience from start to finish. I appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and organization shown by everyone involved. Truly a great experience interviewing with the team.
