Very quick and surface level. I was shocked at the casual nature, and lack of hard questions. It gave me pause about accepting any offer, because the interview was far less thorough than what I gave my account assistants at my previous employer. I was taken aback by the absence of any questions that would have demonstrated my knowledge. Instead, the interview was peppered with questions anyone working at a BM office would pick up.

Interview
I was asked how my health was and what kind of music I liked. I was told that I was being brought in under salary because of my lack of familiarity with DataFaction, and that I would be eligible for a wage increase upon my six-month performance review. Four months later, the partner who promised this submitted same-day resignation.
