2 stage interview process with various managers in business and a short task where a plan had to be created for an event where they were exhibiting. Asked for my ideas on how to make the event a success
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Proxama (Norwich, England) in Sept 2011
Interview
Single interview with head of software and the managing director. Head of software opened by just saying he had been too busy to read my CV yet, MD just asked me if I would work hard. Interview mainly consisted of listening to opinions rather than finding out anything from me. Seemed like nice enough people, but the interview didn't want to make me work there.

Question 1
What programming language do you think will see a decline in popularity in the future and why?
Straight to face to face interview. One and a half hours of technical tasks on paper, from logic to OO Design. Manager was not available, so no general HR questions or working in agile.
