I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Psycamore (Pearl, MS) in May 2018
Interview
I interviewed with my manager and she then recommended me to the director. I was called back for a second interview with the director. I was then offered the job a week later.
Basically the manager then just went over perks of working there and explaining the position and how she doesn’t micromanage and it’s a very family friendly place to work.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Psycamore in May 2013
Interview
The hiring and interview, process for me, took over 3-4 months. I was already employed & they were trying to recruit me to work for them.
They came at me with an offer & then I countered because I was in a position to negotiate, & was able to get the rate of pay I desired.
But the job, itself, was unclear from my very first day of working for them.
Everything they had told me in our salary negotiation didn't involve what hours they expected me to do the work assigned. They only said they would pay me for up to 22 hours a week.
They never disclosed I'd be working from a home office & using my own vehicle to call on clients with no mileage reimbursement to do so.
Once I figured that out, I was angry because I felt they had brought me in under false pretenses. After seven long excruciating months of trying to make it work, I quit to pursue my own endeavors.
