Interview
Pretty straight forward. Met with Director over a brief call, then Zoom interview either same person, then an in person interview on-site. I was sat down with some BHCs to ask questions but it's wasn't clear of they were interviewing me. The manager seemed completely disconnected from the work and was surprised to find out she studied Macro focus but was doing direct practice. They don't call you if you don't get an offer even if yiu dis an in-person interview. That for me says a lot about a company. I left being very uninterested, so it worked out.
Professional. There was first a phone interview and then an in person one which included a writing sample. At the time, the second interview was required to be on-site and zoom was not an option

Interview
The interviews were fine and standard questions. The only issue was onboarding, The onboarding process took several weeks and seemed to be the standard across a couple departments. I interviewed in early March and got offered the position in late March/early April but did not start until late May due to onboarding.
