Given their customer base some of the clients (law enforcement, fire & EMT) may share an emotional story regarding their recent, on the job experiences with their sales rep, and this can affect the sales person.
How would you interact with your team member if they seemed 'down' after such a call?

Interview
Very basic. Explained the market you would be working with and how your job reflects positively by providing gear and supplies to emergency response industry. Explained that you needed to be fearless on the phone and not worry about being hung up on. Had a 3 month grace period of being paid minimum wage to help build pipeline then went 100% commission.
