Apply on-line fill out the basic questionnaire, resume, and a cover letter. Got declined for some right away but was invited to an interview with the hiring manager. Was given one day to clear my schedule for the interview (friday). The interview was pretty basic and relatively quick. Got a call back Monday offering me the position.
Questions are typically very east, don't talk bad about previous employers. Make sure to be professional during interview which will demonstrate the skills they are looking for. Maybe get a question about conversion (easy)

Friendly people and reasonable questions. It was a multiple step process. They really wanted to get to know me. Asked me some analytical questions as well as some soft skill questions.

I would say the interview was sort of difficult because there were a lot of technical questions and for an internship, I think that those are things that you learn on the job.
