Interview
The first step is a screening interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist that last around 30 minutes. The next step is a 30 minute interview with a Project Manager. Third step is to submit a take home permit research exercise and present it to a panel of 3 project managers in a 45-minute presentation. Lastly, you will meet with one of the founders in a 30-minute interview. All of these were conducted via Zoom as the position is 100% remote.

The interview process involves a 30 min screening call, then a take home assignment, then a 30 min call with manager and then finally a live research session. They seem to arbitrarily want people to live in specific states even though the role is remote.
