I got the call from one recruitment agency and that was the 1-day process.
1st round was written and then 3 technical.
2nd round they asked me about my previous project and I explained that in the board.
3rd round the guy came and he was not aware with python at all he asked me one question and I wrote in python in one line using reduce and lamda and that guy himself told I don't know how lambda works.
4th round one more guy came and he asked me some questions except one question i was able to explain him all questions.
and I left for the day as they were busy with some other candidate and they told after this only managerial round will be there.
and next Monday i got the call from the agency and they told company people are telling you did not clear 2nd round.
Isn't irony it? people who are hiring for python they themselves don't know python and they are telling me I did not clear that round.
I am not sure how the company will work.
really bad experience.
