      Interview

The interview process with PuppySpot is something every organization should aspire to replicate. In a 5 round process that required meetings with C Level executives, from the time my application was viewed until the day I signed my offer letter was roughly three weeks. At no point, regardless of who I was speaking to did I feel like I was being grilled. The team genuinely took an interest in getting to know me, my background, and ensure that my goals aligned with theirs. Communication between each step of the process was consistent, transparent, and genuinely handled with care. An organization that runs its interview process so well, I'd only assume runs its internal engine just as strongly. I'd also like to highlight the offer letter I received. Throughout the entirety of my career, any offer I'd been sent was a boiler plate template. PuppySpot's was very much the opposite. It was a detailed, thoughtful letter, spelling out all of the reasons they decided to bring me on board and what kind of impact they see me having on the team. It was personalized, warm, and only furthered my excitement to join the team.
