A heavily time-intensive interview process which has no transparency for the candidate.including asking candidates what they earn and their expectations without giving candidates any indication of actual figures, even before the time intensive assignment where they ask your best ideas on marketing campaigns for 2021 (getting free work basically). I know this is the norm in Belgium, but in an international environment it's unacceptable.
A screening call, two one hour interviews, a panel presentation, one hour IQ/personality test, a take home assignment which needs incredible detail on their ONGOING projects. They seem to expect free consultation work with their incredibly intensive take home assignment, it was revealed five others also did the assignment so I suppose they are using all the fresh ideas from the assignments! Huge time investment, not to mention the testing and other interviews on top of this. There has to be a better way of assessing candidates while respecting their private time. Their insensitivity to candidates indicates they don't care much for true work/life balance. I do not reccomend
