Interview
Had a phone interview, and then sat down with the CEO for about 20 minutes for an easy conversational chat. They were not too worried about experience as much as eagerness.

Interview
I had one interview and it was rather short because I was interviewing for an internship position. They later moved me up. I met with the managing director, merchandising director, and the CEO. They let me ask most of the questions, and you could tell they were more concerned about what whether you would get along with the rest of the team. I had sent in writing samples with my resumé which was what landed me the interview.

Question 1
What are you financial requirements? What are you bringing to your team and why are you worth what you think you are worth?

Interview
You will arrive to an office with no receptionist, and a few awkward glares from people sitting in cubicles. You most likely will not be greeted, and then asked to go sit in a room with no lights on while you wait for someone to come speak with you. From there, you will be passed from office to office, interview after interview. They tend to interview constantly- it's a revolving door- so don't be too sure you have the position. Upon hiring, you most likely will not know what your position is and be treated poorly for your lack of understanding.

Question 1
No questions- just a whole bunch of confusing doublespeak about the success of the company.
