I had an Interview with the branch head. As a fresher they check your negotiation and communication skills. The interviewer might ask you to sell something to check on your negotiation skills.
Smooth on boarding process. 2 or 3 levels will be there. Main thing they look after confidence and excitement to work. All over its good experience. Can ask questions if anything persist on roles and responsibilities.
