Q Auto interview questions

Always looking for motivated, high energy people that work well with customers. Interview process is usually with a sales manager and then the general manager. They are a brand new company, so business process is sometimes on the fly. Not really well organized. Can potentially make decent money. They are on a salary plus bonus structure. The more product specialists they are, the less the average amount of cars one can make. Work on weekends are mandatory. Work all day saturday but get 2 days off during the week.
