A. Explained that my latest strategy success was presales/BusDev starting at executive level as the client did not have a cloud initiative. My work created multiple SOWs for cloud (and others but did not say that per his expressed interest) My strategy was to take the clients priorities and use my knowledge of cloud and knowledge of the client technical environment, I created a journey of how to get an private cloud infrastructure and progress to an integrated hybrid cloud environment that can support the clients top initiatives. I used real client use cases for their merger/acquisition needs for that year resulting in multiple successes with the first being a small amount ($3.5M) and progressed into a very large deal. Note: Interviewer response was "No...not what I wanted." I want delivery. I want to know postsale/SOW delivery. I said for what specifically as you mentioned infrastructure and data center earlier. A. He knows strategy and the strategy for a cloud infrastructure maturity. He wants to know about cloud infrastructure delivery. He also stated that managing directors at Deloitte do delivery.
