Interview
It was very brief. I met with a hiring manager, spoke about my experience for a few minutes and was hired on the spot. I was then contacted for a training and was ready to get to work. The work was very fast paced but as a quick learner I was able to get the information easy. Also, my bosses were very helpful and seemed to have rather had me ask questions if I was confused than make a mistake down the line.
There wasn’t much of an interview process. Almost immediate hire. Found the position on Craigslist and knew a few people that have worked here part time before for easy money.
I spent a long time in the waiting room, and was finally asked to fill out very large paper application about 15 minutes after my scheduled interview. I am surprised this isn't done online. To be fair they had a large focus group arrive at the same time as me, but this can avoided with better scheduling. The office seemed almost too casual, nearing being unprofessional. I ended up walking out of the waiting room.
