QUT HiQ Peer Concierge interview questions

Group interview where everyone had to present a scenario and provide solutions as well as their past experiences. Only one round of interviews needed for the role. The interview process was not difficult.

There are two parts to the interview. The first part is to write an email letter to reply to a customer to solve a particular question. The second part is the group interview. All candidates will be separated into several groups. You will be given a topic and you need to figure out a solution in 15-20mins. After that, present your solution to interviewers.
