Interview
There are two parts to the interview.
The first part is to write an email letter to reply to a customer to solve a particular question.
The second part is the group interview. All candidates will be separated into several groups. You will be given a topic and you need to figure out a solution in 15-20mins. After that, present your solution to interviewers.

Interview
Group interview where everyone had to present a scenario and provide solutions as well as their past experiences. Only one round of interviews needed for the role. The interview process was not difficult.
