It was a somewhat formal process, featuring a structured interview with thoughtful questions. The interviewers were very friendly and patient. It lasted the full hour, allowing lots of time for discussion.

3. Second Interview with future team members and an additional senior member from another team (Culture and Fit Interview)
4. Team Lunch
First interview was more focused on investment technicals as well as the candidates approach to investment and how it fits with the firms process with a little bit of behavioral questions sprinkled in

Interview
I had a great interview experience. The interviewers genuinely were interested in getting to know me and asked very insightful questions. I've found over my time, finance interviews can be very pointed and stressful, but QV was the opposite. They asked challenging but fair questions, but most importantly were interested in getting to know me to ensure I was a good fit. The advantage of this, is that it also allowed me to understand how QV as a firm thinks.
