Overall the steps are: *Phone or video interview if you are outside Doha, Qatar *Face to face interview in Doha, Qatar. They will send you all things you need flight tickets, visa, hotel booking, transportation and meal allowance (on the spot) *Assesment (related to position) *Salary offering It takes 3 weeks overall, the long process will be after accepted confirmation to review the contract and permission of working visa
