Very many were shortlisted,,about 700 in kenya and only 16 Made it to the final interview.this for me is very unfair because the 1st sonru interview was already done,,the shortlisting should be here mostly and not make 700 people go to the interview and less than 16 only to the final interview where around 5 in batch 1 were the only ones who got through

It was smooth and well-organised, so I had a good experience. You should know the basics of your job to answer the questions. The company itself is so professional. Although there was a 2-3 minute delay.
got a mail for online assessment after getting shortlisted, then i was being called to kolkata to attend the recruitment drive which was held in hotel at first i had to complete one english test after the our height and weight were checked then after that one on one interview was taken and after that some them proceeded to the final round
1st day - CV drop
2nd day - chit chat (some questions about my current job, hobby, preference etc) & scar declaration
3rd day - Final interview (scar declaration process again and final interview questions)
