The team leader didn’t manage to answer any question regarding workflow organization or career growth. Told that there is no difference in their team between a Senior and a ‘regular’ Graphic Designer, though confirmed they hire for both and those are different positions. Insisted on asking basic color theory questions, put a lot of accent on Q’s like ‘How do you build a color palette for a project, how exactly do you find the shades?’ Felt like a complete waste of time. The recruiter was extremely clever, clear and nice though!
