I explained my background and a reason why i would like to work there. I knew about private multic course facilities and standards in which the membership needs and expects on a daily basis.

Interview
Applied via indeed. Manager emailed and asked to come in for interview. Met with two managers. Asked bassic questions. Was emailed a welcome letter stating I had the job. Not difficult, but you can tell why. The managers don't really know what they're doing, and I'm not sure if they've ever been in management before.
