I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Aug 2016
Interview
A recruiter emails to set up an initial interview. Last about 15 minutes and asked questions about yourself and about my GPA in undergrad and graduate school (for a company that is trying to be ahead of the curve, they need to look at the countless research that indicates that GPA/test scores do not correlate with future success), it didn't bother me cause I had a great GPA but if they are really looking for the absolute best, they should definitely use another scale. Then I was told I would be scheduled an interview with the executive, but it was put off for about 3 weeks, and finally I told them I got another job offer and wanted to know how much longer the process would take, and then I was scheduled an interview the next day. The recruiter emailed about a million times asking questions about my offer and other jobs I was applying for, which made me believe they were serious about me. Before the interview, I received a tour of the facility which is extremely impressive. Then I sat in a room with clear walls where you can see a ton of people around you working and vice versa. First 30 minutes of the interview was with the assistant I would be replacing. Really tried to hard to create a comfortable atmosphere and asked really great questions. We really hit it off. Then I met the executive I would be assisting for an interview. Very nice warm people. I really felt the interview went well and that I answered questions wisely. They said that their CEO looks at all the potential candidates and has input, which is really interesting. However, at the very end of the interview the executive made a comment that only 7% of those interviewed are hired and I told him that wasn't comforting.... anyway. Then you are escorted out and given a free tshirt for coming in. The next day received an automated email saying they were moving forward with other candidates. I don't really know what they are looking for, someone they had recently hired in the same position had a poor GPA and had recently graduated from undergrad with no previous experience.

Question 1
If you were in my position, what qualities would you look for in this position?
Submitted an application on a Monday evening and received an automated email saying they will take their time to review my resume and credential. Despite having over 10 years experience in the exact same role, an hour later at 9pm, I got an email saying they decided to pursue other candidates. So much for “taking time to review my resume and credentials”.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2021
Interview
screening call and two interviews with the first interview being with three different EAs. Then the final being with an executive. Wasn't the best process but enough to dig into who I was, what I wanted, etc.

Why are you leaving your job?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Feb 2019
Interview
My interview at Qualtrics was extremely professional and well organized. I was greeted at the door and immediately shown to where I needed to be, the interview was two 30 min interviews with two employees who hold the current position.
