Although fairly lengthy, Qualtrics provided an excellent interview process! Since they interview a fair amount of candidates outside of their operating markets, all of the initial interviews are virtual. My first interview was a phone screen with a corporate recruiter- she was very informative on the opportunity and provided a lot of energy and excitement around the growth and trajectory of Qualtrics. I was then screened by the office leader in their Dallas location- another great conversation on the position and expectations of top performers that make up the sales team. Over the course of a month or two, I had two video conferences with different sales reps and officer leaders, and was then flown down to Dallas to have a final onsite interview. Everyone that was involved in the process was extremely knowledgeable, collaborative, and seemed willing take risks for their employees. I was given a different offer in my current state of residence, which the only reason I did not move forward with Qualtrics.
