Long, ridiculous process. I was bounced from HR person to HR person and none of them seemed to know what was going on. Trying to get initial salary information was like pulling teeth and took almost a week and they still 'couldn't tell me because they didn't know". HR recruiters were really unprofessional. Interviews are on a 'rubric' and your interviewers are checking the box on the questions they ask you. Initially HR go back to me about a week after the interviews finished to let me know they were still in process but would reach out in a week to let me know what was going on. A month later, nothing. They ghosted and in this day and age that is not okay. Just let a candidate know if they aren't moving forward...I know you have automated form letters, at least have the courtesy to send that out so potential candidates aren't left hanging. It was a very unprofessional process.
