I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Salt Lake City, UT) in Sept 2022
Interview
First part: Initial phone screening Second part: Interview two separate interviews with two different sales managers (45 minutes each) Third part: TACOS (Last step of the interview process and more of the culture fit part of the interview process)
I applied online. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Pretty standard and straightforward. Had a screening call with a recruiter, then 3 interviews with SDR managers after that. Most questions were behavioural and they basically want to know you committed you'd be to the job given that there's a lot of rejection that happens in sales. Super straightforward about the path to promotion which was nice, and incredible benefits. Starting salary is somewhat low for an SDR position so that's something to consider vs. other tech companies.

Question 1
How do you handle conflict?
What sales experience do you have?
Tell us about a time you received feedback and how did you act on it?
How would you approach an objection and open it up to a conversation?
Only made it to the phone screening, as soon as I mentioned I was weighing my options the interview went south. Obviously didn’t expect this to make an impact but could tell right away
It has been very great. They are nice about coordinating the interviews and explaining the process. I have had 2 interviews so far. The questions have seemed to be more behavioral.
