I applied on the Qualtrics website and had a few rounds of interviews that took about 3 weeks: 1. 30 min Screening Call 2. 30 min Interview with Hiring Manager 3. 30 min networking session with current CSA; 30 min interview with another manager 4. 30 min interview with a director; 30 min values interview However, after that last interview, it took almost 4 weeks to receive a decision. Partially because of Thanksgiving break but also because Qualtrics went on a hiring freeze in December 2022. I was told to follow up after the new year and I was told the position wasn't going to be opening for awhile. Overall a good experience! The recruiter had great communication and would keep me up to date about what was happening internally. With this being a client facing role many of the questions were behavioral and focused on what you would do in situations with customers. I'd say that the interview process isn't difficult if you prepare well
