Interview
It was fast and challenging. First, you will take a small test on digital literacy skills. There will be video lessons and afterward, multiple-choice questions based on the lesson. 3-4 round of interviews and assessments till final round of interview.

How many nattos eaten in Tokyo annually? Give me an example of customer feedback-related questionnaires that you have taken recently.
I was invited to 3 interviews and didn't get an offer.
I asked for feedback since I was heavily invested in it and I didn't get any response from them.
Decent process and had no issues with anything. Everything was fair, but I did not make it past the last round. Seems like a good company and a good culture.
