I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Quantified Communications in Oct 2025
Interview
I had a 30 minute Zoom call. It had originally been scheduled for 60 minutes, but I was cut off after 30 minutes. They use Python for prototyping AI, Java for production use, and AWS. Toward the end of the call, I was asked my expected annual base salary.
At the end of the call, I was told of next steps in the interview process. In retrospect, this was deceptive because they had no real interest in continuing. Also, the feedback given to the recruiter was in large part bogus. I got the impression that they will reject almost everyone who has a salary requirement that is closer to the upper end of their range, while giving irrelevant feedback to the recruiter.
