Quantinuum's interview process was quite lengthy: - It took a month after I initially applied until I got a screening interview - After the screen interview with the manager, I was invited to an on-site interview - The on-site interview consisted of a technical presentation, multiple panel interviews and a manager interview. The panel interviews focused primarily on my presentation and my previous work. The managerial interview focused on behiavioral questions. - Following the on-site interview, there was very littie communication for weeks. I waited around four weeks and I got a rejection letter from the system (No feedback).
