Waterlooworks was the way I applied and they reached out to my email... then they had it set up on google meets. Then they ranked on waterlooworks. They rank you on a scale from 1-10
They give some cases to be solved on the spot and off top of the head. Many of the cases you need to solve the way they want, even if it's not the best way.
