I applied for a fresher role. 2. I don't have a degree in any field of design (I'm a b.tech student). 3. Recruiters are very friendly and helpful. 4. Must have a strong portfolio. 5. Must have a basic sense of design. 6. More emphasis is given on your thought process, than your technical skills. 7. Accept criticism and always leave on a positive note no matter what the result is. What I didn't like: 1. There are times when it takes days (In my case almost a week) until you receive a reply.
