Hr and then technical then managers, all the processes you can normally expect from a it company.
Overall good and smooth experience with the process as a whole.
Hr was attentive, technical made sense and manager was more behavior
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Quistor (Bergen op Zoom) in Jun 2020
Interview
Clear process (less than 2 months), transparent and easy communication (recruiter, hiring manager and C-Levels), they gave a presentation which is nice. I had 2 conversations with the recruiter, then online meeting with the hiring manager and their CFO, then an online meeting with the hiring manager and their COO, then 2 conversations with the hiring manager. They made a reference call for my Oracle experience and when all was positive, they gave me an offer. Follows by a week negotiations with the hiring manager.
