I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Qventus
Interview
Easy interview. I received a hiring manager screening. The hiring manager shared some background about the company, the team, and the role. The hiring manager then asked me a couple of questions one would expect from this kind of screening interview.
Process consisted of calls with recruiter and hiring manager, brief interview with product team, presentation about previous work to a larger group, take-home assignment and review with some of the data science team. It took maybe 3 or 4 weeks start to end. Team seemed smart, quite engaged with the process

Question 1
Mostly a show-don't-tell interview discussing problems and thought process
I applied online and couple of days later, recruiter asked for an introductory call. During the call everything went very well and she was really nice. In the end, she asked me to do a challenge. I usually refuse to do any challenge because there is no point and they cannot judge your skill based on a Jupyter notebook but this time since the company's mission was highly aligned with my current job I accepted to do. She said let me know when I want to do the challenge and she will send the link at that time and you have one hour to finish it!! WEIRED!!! I made a mistake and sent her a time. When I received the link, surprisingly was a Kaggle link. They asked me to download data from Kaggle and solve a challenge that a bunch of people spent hours on it in just one hour. All said, I managed to give me a complete solution. Two weeks later and after multiple follow up, received rejection email.
