Qvest interview questions

Applied directly on company website. Recruiter was super responsive, behavioral interview with project manager of 10 years was straight forward and conversational about clients we've had in common. Then had "case" interview, which is really more of a technical approach to how to solve a business problem but not structured whatsoever as a case - really a situation was described then had to answer several questions around the case. Interviewer had 5 years exp at the company and did not have any supporting data for the case, so its on you to improv.

The whole process took more that 3 months. o spoke with different senior people once, one who was in the discuss barely spoke. In fact they considered me very good for a lot of different positions in various locations , but in the end offered nothing, Asked for salary expectations which I replied with industry level. Seems they have been rather confused about what they wanted.
